A study of the relationship between organizational culture and intrapreneurship in companies producing biological products in Fars province

Abstract
The relationship between organizational culture and intrapreneurship (corporate entrepreneurship) in companies producing biological products in Fars province has been explored in this study which is an applied, descriptive-field study and of correlational type. The population of this study is consisted of all employees of companies producing biological products in Fars province of Iran and 156 individuals were selected as sample using Morgan’s table. After data analysis, it was determined that the increase in each of the indices of organizational culture results in increase in entrepreneurship in companies producing biological products in Fars province.
