Abstract
In India women have remained a neglected selection of workforce. They are not considered as part with men, actually women constitute about half of the population and majority of them are employed. This paper is an attempt to explore the tough challenges faced by working women in maintaining a balance between their personal and professional life. The results of the study indicate that the work-life balance of individuals affect their quality of life.
