Abstract
Investigator had conducted the Quasi Experimental Study to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programeon excess use of mobile phone and its effect in children among the parents of selected areas of Ahmedabad. The research method adopted for the study was a quasi experimental study. The population of the study was people residing in selected areas of Ahmedabad,Gujarat. The sampling technique used in study was non- probability convenience sampling. The data collection tool for the present study was structured questionnaires. Reliability of tool was confirmed by using split half method. The tool was found valid and reliable
