A Study to Assess the Level of Satisfaction Regarding Basic B.Sc Nursing Curriculum among Graduate Nurses in Nagpur City

Abstract
An exploratory study was carried out to assess the level of satisfaction regarding Basic B.Sc nursing curriculum among graduate nurses in Nagpur city. In this study an exploratory survey design was used. 200 graduate Basic B.Sc nurses graduated in academic year 2015–2018 currently working at private or government institutions. Non-probability convenient sampling technique was used to select the sample. The tool used for the study was 5 point Likert rating scale and checklist. The result were analysed and interpreted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study was–Overall analysis of % of level of satisfaction among Basic B.Sc nurses reveals that majority (47.50%) of the samples are satisfactory, 30.00% are neutral, 20.50% are very satisfactory, 1.50% are unsatisfactory and 0.50% of the samples are very unsatisfactory. Hence, the current curriculum was satisfactory for the graduate Basic B.Sc nurses.
