A total of 12 questions inquiring about various denture hygiene habits and instructions were included in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was approved by the Institutional Ethical committee. Results:It was observed that 66.3% of the participants were given instructions on how to clean their dentures and the most common aid of cleaning the denture was with a toothbrush and paste (45.8%) and Cleansing tablets was the method of choice for only 7% of all the respondents. Conclusion: This study suggested that the majority of the denture wearers have limited knowledge of denture cleansing and oral hygiene practices.
