A Village Teacher and His Mission: Little Known Archival Data about the Essence of Soviet Ukrainian School in the 20–30s of the 20th Century

Abstract
The article deals with the condition of education in Ukraine after the October coup of 1917, educational management in the times of UNR, and organizational measures of bilshovyk power as for the formation of new type schools in Ukrainian villages.
