Abstract
The article discusses the problematic issues concerning concepts, definitions and differences between written evidence and document. The relationship between the concepts of documents as evidence documents as written evidence Addresses the issues of classification of written proof. Written evidence is invited to consider any material carrier, and any source able to store information, the possibility of its extraction and fixation in a tangible medium, allowing to identify the document and establish his credibility, to which the well-known signs and ways printed information relevant to the case.
