Abdomınal, Cranıal and Sacral Paın formed Due to Tarlov Cyst: A Case Report

Abstract

Tarlov cysts are seen accidentally in routine spinal screening and generally asymptomatic bening cysts full of cerebrospinal fluid. In treatment of symptomatic cases many treatment modalities as surgical and nonsurgical are used. In our 20 years old case, she was operated with over cyst diagnosis and then in screening done due to headache Tarlov cysts was found. At the first stage of treatment done due to neuropathic pain tradamol was not preferred however when it was added to treatment it strengthened clinical effect and the life quality of patient significantly increased.
