ABORDAJE E INTERVENCIÓN TERAPÉUTICA EN PSICOTERAPIA BREVE CIBERNÉTICO – CONSTRUCTIVISTA

Abstract
En el presente artículo se realiza una revisión de las estrategias de abordaje e intervención terapéutica de la psicoterapia breve estratégica de epistemología cibernético constructivista. La psicoterapia breve estratégica ha demostrado gran eficacia y eficiencia en el tratamiento de una gran variedad de trastornos emocionales. Su probada eficacia, así como la corta duración de sus intervenciones trasciende los aspectos clínico terapéuticos y le dan relevancia a nivel de salud pública. Los aportes epistemológicos teóricos y filosóficos del constructivismo y la cibernética, así como la gran influencia del pensamiento de Humberto Maturana imprimen una forma particular de abordar e intervenir terapéuticamente, distinta a otras escuelas psicoterapéuticas. El cuestionamiento de la objetividad y la certeza, el foco en lo interaccional, la autopoiesis, la causalidad circular y la incorporación de la dimensión cognitiva imprimen su influencia en la praxis clínica de la psicoterapia breve. Se describen las pautas para la intervención y abordaje terapéutico.
