About condition of full controllability of stage by stage changing linear stationary system

Abstract
The problem of control of stage by stage changing linear dynamic system is considered. The condition of full controllability of stage by stage changing linear stationary system is obtained, in which case the system can move from any initial state to any other final state with corresponded control action.
