ABOUT CREATION OF ELECTRONIC MEANS TEACHING. METHOD OF APPLICATION. EXPERIENCE

Abstract
A retrospective review indicates that currently available computer training programs (hereinafter referred to as KP) and multimedia training tools (hereinafter referred to as MNS) have several disadvantages [1–4]. Namely: a) support only a small part of the course (subject); b) are firmly attached to the proposed method of material submission, to the specific curriculum; c) insufficiently documented, ie lack of methodological guidance on their use; have a one-dimensional rigid fixed linear structure; d) have a vague form and predominantly textual content, as well as a limited number of static diagrams, figures and tables; (e) are intended to be read only by the reader; e) there is a lack of interaction between the student, the cadet (the subject of study, hereinafter referred to as CH) with the teaching tool and, as a rule, feedback. On this basis, the paper aims to identify the main factors for improving the effectiveness of the learning process by expanding the capacity of the CH to gain new knowledge, develop the necessary skills and improve practical skills in on the basis of educational material. The SN should know how to solve individual learning and research tasks without a "methodical dictation" by the teacher.
