ABOUT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS OF THE STANDARD ISO 9001 IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of affairs with quality management and with the development of quality management systems based on the ISO 9001 standard in Ukraine at the moment in an accessible form and formulation of proposals of a generalized nature, which can help improve the performance of domestic organizations in the field of quality. To achieve this goal: a brief overview of the results of the introduction of the ISO 9001 standard now in the world and in Ukraine is given; the reasons of failures in development and introduction of the standard in domestic practice are analyzed; the peculiarities of the introduction of the standard in our country are being studied; proposals in a general way, which, on the one hand, help to reduce negative aspects when developing and implementing the standard, on the other hand, contributing to improving the performance of domestic organizations in the field of quality are formulated. The scientific novelty of the results of the work is that proposals for improving the quality and competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises are accompanied by author's models: with a more understandable use of the eight principles of management from ISO 9001: 2008 (Fig. 3); with a detailed description of the state interaction with organizations and consumers in the case of implementation of the standard in practice (Fig. 4). The prospect of further research related to the topic touched upon is related to the state's ability to implement the model in Fig.4.
