ABOUT SOME CONTINUOUS ELEMENTS OF THE CONCEPT “MOTIVATED BY THE PENALTY OF PENALTIES IN PERSONNEL OF PUNISHMENT INSTITUTIONS”

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of theoretical sources concerning the content of motivation and motives of criminal behavior of any guilty person, the author’s definition of the concept of “the motive of crimes committed by the personnel of penitentiary institutions” is formulated, as well as its system-forming features are deduced. Such an approach also made it possible to establish scientifically grounded ways aimed at neutralizing, blocking, eliminating, etc. determinants, forming a criminal motivation in the specified objects of preventive activity.
