ABOUT THE EFFECT OF THE LEGALIZATION OF FIREARMS ON THE CRIME SITUATION IN THE STATE

Abstract
The article describes the international experience of legalization of firearms and withdrawing them from the civilian circulation in terms of their effect on the crime situation in the state. The concomitant consequences of the legalization of firearms are investigated.
