About the form of the arbitration agreement

Abstract
The article investigates the legal regulation on the level of national and international legislation, the legislation of foreign states and scientific developments of the requirements for the form of the arbitration agreement and the consequences of its non-compliance, and controversial issues about the agreement with the forms of latest technology.
