ABOUT THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE BODIES CONDUCTING CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the views of the scientists concluded that the maintenance of rights of participants in criminal proceedings is the main function of government agencies engaged in such production, and also suggested that the author’s definition of “ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings”.
