About the need for an unambiguous and clearly defining terms used in the policy of social security

Abstract
In the polemic article the authors cite examples of past and current legislation on social security, containing ambiguous or unclear definitions and terms, resulting in freedom of their interpretation. They draw attention to the need to add vocabularies containing terms and definitions used in legislative acts. They gainsay the idea of people with disabilities, indicating its inadequacy and inconsistency with the WHO Convention, 2006.
