ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AS AN ELEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC CULTURE

Abstract

Practiced academic integrity is examined. Universities have moved toward an inclusive approach to inspiring academic integrity. The societal dimension highlights the need to consider the importance of how the idea of the “individual author”, the goals of teaching (learning), service, and research might be serving (or not serving).
