Accession of Exclusive Breastfeeding from the Viewpoint of Users of a Mothers Family Health Unit Santa Augusta – MarÃlia/SP

Abstract
This work consists of a field study with a qualitative approach where data collection was conducted through focus group techniques, and methodology as content analysis of Bardin was used. Was evidence of poor adherence to exclusive breastfeeding by mothers who a Family Health Unit in MarÃlia/SP, and from this data is that it consisted order to identify the reasons that led these mothers to introduce other types of food other than breast milk, before children reach six months of agecontributing to early weaning. It was possible to detect as most significant for the cessation of exclusive breastfeeding factors the physical changes of the mother and return to work after a period of 120 days of maternity leave.
