Accounting costs related to the prevention harmful effects of water and eliminate its consequences

Abstract
One of the functions of water management organizations are taking measures to prevent the harmful effects of water and eliminate its consequences. This range of functional water management organizations aimed at providing economic and environmental security as a region and state as a whole. And in terms of annual floods, this activity and its Customer registration software is one of the priorities of the study of economics. The article is to study accounting expenses related to the prevention of harmful effects of water and the elimination of its consequences. In the article the features of capital expenditures related to the prevention of harmful effects of water and their elimination, found that the identification system capital costs should be wider and approved at the State Agency of Water Resources. In this regard, we proposed structure of internal classifier capital expenditures, which significantly expands the structure of expenditure in the context of the current economic classification of expenditures. Accordingly, the developed classifier that is implemented for internal management purposes in the basin management of water resources. Tisza and the Dnieper basin management of water resources. Research of features of expenses related to the prevention and elimination of harmful effects of water, and the costs associated with moisture drainage and land, revealed their main areas and types of work with executed. Given the direction of spending, jobs and types of water management facilities proposed approach to analytical account of capital and current expenditures related to the prevention of harmful effects of water, drainage and moisture land, in order to improve management of such costs.
