ACCOUNTING OF INFLOW AND OUTFLOW OF STOCKS PURCHASED FOR A FEE BY SUBJECTS OF GENERAL PUBLIC MANAGEMENT SECTOR: MANAGEMENT ASPECT

Abstract
Because of the National Accounting Standards for Public Sector of Ukraine are valid, inflow and outflow accounting of inventories need to be improved. Changing of forms to register information about inventories is the key point to study. Moreover, methodic of accounting in Public Sector will have been changed after 1.01.2017. It will cause more difficulties for practical using of forms to register information about inventories which are currently valid. The study is based on the system of accounting method elements, methodological and methodical basis of accounting of Public Sector institutions inventories. We also used specific methods of study: the documentation, the estimate and calculation, the accounts, the double entry. According to National Accounting Standards for Public Sector of Ukraine initial cost of inventories includes some expenses which are connected with purchasing. The authors have received the set of forms to register information about inflow and outflow of inventories and expenses connected with purchasing. The main differences from forms to register information which are currently valid is possibility to gather information about expenses connected with purchasing operations and identify full initial cost of inventories. Methodic of information registration allowing rising management capacity of inventorie is offered. As the result, the important contribution to methodical and organization aspects of Public Sector institutions accounting was made. The set of forms to register information can be used nowadays and after 01.01.2017.
