ACQUIRING THE STATUS OF A SUBJECT OF A NATURAL MONOPOLY

Abstract
The article deals with the procedure for acquiring the status of a natural monopoly subject. Approaches to the determination of natural monopoly are investigated. The Ukrainian legislation, which regulates the definition of subjects of a natural monopoly, is analyzed. The main features of the subject of natural monopoly and sphere of natural monopoly are determined. The procedure for acquiring the status of a subject of a natural monopoly is determined.
