Acquisition, realization and termination of the legal status of the internal displaced person in Ukraine

Abstract
The research is devoted to clarifying the characteristics of the acquisition, realization and termination of the legal status of internally displaced person in Ukraine. The national legislation of Ukraine regarding the acquisition, realization and termination of the legal status of an internally displaced person has been studied and analyzed. The main problematic aspects that arise in acquiring, realization and terminating the legal status of an internally displaced person in Ukraine are highlighted.
