ACTION OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW FOR SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONS WHO HAVE THE RIGHT DIPLOMATIC INVIOLABILITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article summarized as rozvyvasya modern institution of diplomatic immunities. Determined that diplomatic immunity was enshrined in international law in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), but the very concept of diplomatic immunity and customary law, which was based on the institution, have a much longer history. The notion of “immunity” in a legal sense, and the concept of “legal immunity” in Ukraine. It was found that in our time, diplomatic immunity is a means, albeit imperfect, to ensure the safety of diplomatic personnel from any strife that might arise between states. Determined official position of persons nadilyutsya legal immunity in accordance with the law. The analysis classifications immunities provided in legal literature.
