Activate the strategy of technological innovation to raise the competitiveness of the economic institutions in Algeria

Abstract
The technological innovation is considered as one of the most important mechanisms that helps the organizations to achieve a competitive advantage, so the Algerian companies are just like the other companies working to strengthen their positions in the market and enrich their wealth. So for confirming the role of technological innovation, the researchers had collected the necessary information through a questionnaire especially for the employees of “Mobilis” company (Bechar’s Branch). The sample was composed from 53 workers (out of 59), and the analyses of their responses confirms the positive and significant correlation between innovation in the production process and elements of competitive advantage dimensions, also substantiate the existence of a correlation between technological innovation and the dimensions of competitive advantage.
