Activation of Antioxidant Defense and Inhibition of Lipid Peroxidation on the Background of Combination Treatment of Children with Oral Mucosal Inflammatory Diseases

Abstract
The authors present clinical and biochemical results of determining the parameters of the system « lipid peroxidation — antioxidant defense » on the background of combination treatment of children with oral mucosal inflammatory diseases. The treatment reduces the toxic effect of peroxide radicals and can also serve as an additional criterion for the effectiveness of the therapy.
