ACTIVATION OF BUDGET INVESTMENT ESTABLISHED FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of budget investment, as an integral part of economic development. The theoretical principles of budget investment are considered, the essence of budget investments, their specific features, as well as the problem of financing, planning and managing budget investments in Ukraine are determined. The approach of different scholars to the definition of “budget investment” category is analyzed. The role of budget investments in ensuring the socio-economic development of the country as a whole is determined. An analysis of the effectiveness of financing and investment planning has been carried out. All problems of realization of budget investments and ways of their solution are considered.
