ACTUAL ISSUES OF SUBJECT JURISDICTION OF DISPUTES RELATED TO ELECTIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights current issues related to the jurisdiction of electoral disputes during the presidential elections in Ukraine. It is noted that the definition of the court of first instance is affected by the subject composition of the dispute and its subject matter, the procedural status of the participant. The main mechanisms for protecting the rights and interests of electoral disputes are taken into account, taking into account European standards.
