ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF ADULTS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
In work highlights the peculiarities of teaching adult students in a university. The research of the peculiarities of professional readiness of adult students is conducted. Existing pedagogical methods and technologies do not satisfy the needs of an adult student in self-discovery and self-development.
