Abstract
The article contains the analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of the participation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in combating human trafficking. The conclusion is made on the need for legal regulation of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the operational law, which is a set of legal norms governing the conduct of military operations and actions related to their provision.
