Actual problems of secret investigation and search operations of providing a pretrial investigation

Abstract
The article, based on the current conditions of closest approach of operational-investigative and criminal procedural functions, raised the question about the scientific problem of defining such categories as secret investigation and search operations ensuring pre-trial investigation. The author’s definitions of the research categories and directions of the operational-investigative provision of pre-trial investigation.
