Abstract
The analysis of the status and effectiveness of the regulatory basis of learning and knowledge testing on labor protection of university teachers in the Main Educational and Methodological Center of the State Service of Mining Supervision and Industrial Safety of Ukraine. It is proposed to return to the practice of passing the teachers improvement of professional skill, develop a position on the improvement of professional skill of teachers of labor protection.
