Actuale problems of improving the quality of providing crewing services

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the concept of "crewing company", the reasons for the appearance and necessity of this type services on the territory of our country. For broader understanding of the situation that has developed in the world labor market in the field of the navy, an analysis of its state and development trends for the near future has been carried out. The process of personnel selection for a certain position, as well as the types of additional services that a crewing company can provide, are described. A number of indicators definited that allow to estimate the efficiency of crewing company and, based on the analysis of which, it is possible to develop measures to improve the quality of provision of crewing services.
