ACTUALITY OF TRIPPLE LANGUAGE TRAINING IN ESTABLISHMENT AND FORMATION OF A COMPETITIVE AND COMPETENT PSYCHOLOGIST

Abstract
One of the most important factors in the preparation of future specialists at the current stage is a multilingual education that will allow the preparation of competitive specialists. The implementation of the language strategy "Trinity of languages", which reflects the problem of the state and prospects of the language situation in modern Kazakhstan, is one of the priority directions for the development of higher and postgraduate education. Knowledge of languages is one of the main indicators of the adaptation of a young specialist to new socio-political and socio-cultural conditions. The study of the state - Kazakh language, the Russian language - the language of interethnic communication, English - as the language of successful integration into the global economy is an urgent topic for training specialists in the sphere of Psychology. Due to the fact that innovative transformations in the process of education are being introduced, it is constantly necessary to improve their professional qualifications to any specialist. The higher the position held, the more often in the requirements for the employee meets such a condition as compulsory knowledge of a foreign language. Knowledge of languages gives a person many advantages, including free communication with representatives of other countries, as well as a broader view of the world, based on the knowledge of different cultures.
