ACUTE PROBLEMS OF JOURNALISTS’ RIGHTS PROTECTION BY MEANS OF CRIMINAL LAW: OVERVIEW OF COURT PRACTICE

Abstract
In 2015 and 2016 after hurry-scurry adoption of two laws related to improving and strengthening the criminal law protection of journalists’ professional rights there arose more unresolved, rather than resolved problems both in theory and court practice. Court practice in this sphere based on the Ukrainian Unified Courts’ Decisions Register is analyzed.
