Abstract
In the article examined the improvement of the management system of the educational organization process ISO 9001:2009. The analysis of problems is conducted retentive development and introduction of the system of management of quality in modern higher educational establishments. Advantages of the system of management of quality are analysed in accordance with the standard of series of ISO 9001:2009. It is suggested to reform the organizationally-administrative structure of educational establishment by creation of department of management of quality.
