ADAPTATION OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION TO THE EUROPEAN UNION: CUSTOMS

Abstract
The article deals with the current state and the development of customs legislation system, taking into the account the foreign experience. The peculiarities of the formation of customs legislation and policy, both Ukraine and the European Union are revealed. Also, the introduction of certain norms in the national legislation is proposed.
