ADAPTATION OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION TO THE STANDARDS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION IN THE FIELD OF COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS

Abstract
The author investigates the current state and prospects of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of the European Union in the field of protection of copyright and related rights in the article. The general transformations in the Ukrainian legislation stipulated by the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the transformation in the field of copyright and related rights are indicated.
