Abstract
The structure of forming the requirements to the estimated objects according to international and national rules of technical regulation has been sifted; their comparison analysis has been made. It is revealed that improvement in the existing normative support of national technical regulation system rules, in order to harmonize them with international ones, is possible without considerable reorganization under the condition of applying the special forms of technical condition construction for the concrete production which would provide the necessary homogeneity of requirements and rules.
