ADDED VALUE AS FACTOR IN BUILDING NAVIGATION TUNNELS IN PROCESS ORGANIZATION – CASE STUDY

Journal Title: Scientific Journal of the Military University of Land Forces - Year 2012, Vol 166, Issue 4

Abstract

The liberalisation of the energy market makes it necessary for the companies to survey their customers’ needs in order to get to know them and finally to meet them. It is important to deliver added value exactly as it is expected by the market. To do that, it is crucial to change organizational structures into process ones. Such structures allow the organization to know the needs and adjust to them accordingly. The mechanism of navigation tunnels is implemented so that the workers know exactly what they should do to please the customer. To recognize the needs, it is useful to check the elements which create the value for the customers as well as the importance of the elements.
