ADEQUACY AND POSSIBILITIES FINITE-ELEMENT MODELS OF BUILDING’S INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTER

Abstract
Purpose. Verification of the adequacy of created finite element model. The objective of the study is to assess the objectivity of the reflection of the finite-element models of the actual technical condition of the construction structures, the determination of the efficiency of use in models of indicators of static and dynamic characteristics of the structure, the assessment of the sensitivity of response to models for changes in the technical condition of the construction, and other. The purpose of the study is to identify the feasibility of the practical use of the creat-ed finite element model in the integrated system of dynamic monitoring of the large-scale construction of the In-ternational Exhibition Center. Methodology/approach. The computational and experimental analysis of finite-element model of IEC building was established. Findings. Adequacy and appropriateness of its practical use was installed.
