Administrative and legal mechanisms on the limitation of means and methods for the war on the sea

Abstract
The article analyzes the administrative and legal mechanisms for guaranteeing the restriction of means and methods of conducting a war on the sea in order to ensure public safety. It is determined that public authorities should, by administrative means, maintain a balance between national interests and geopolitical conditions in order to preserve the state of social security. The regime of public security should be supported, including the possibility of force coercion of other parties to the rule of law.
