ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PLACEMENT OF SMALL ARCHITECTURAL FORMS AS A ELEMENT OF THE FAVORABLE POPULATION PARENTS

Abstract
In the process of analysis of the regulatory framework for the settlement of the order of the placement of small architectural forms, the ambiguity of the norm regarding the assignment of certain small architectural forms to such and temporary structures, in particular, applies to pavilions and kiosks. The attention was paid to the issue of the registration of the property right or use of the land plot in case of the construction of a small architectural form using the foundation. The attention is focused on the lack of norms regarding the provision of documentation on the right to own or use land during the issuance of a binding passport in the authorities on issues of urban planning and architecture. The absence of norms regarding the settlement of the procedure for the placement of temporary temporary buildings, as well as those which are not related to the commercial activity of the subject of business, that is, those engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the field of catering and entertainment, have been found.
