Administrative and legal status of National Police of Ukraine as a subject of the implementation of privetent activity: concept and structure

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the positions of scientists, the concept and structure of the administrative and legal status of the bodies of the National Police are investigated. The functional definition of the administrative and legal status of the National Police as a subject of preventive activities and the main elements of it are outlined. The main goal of the further study of the main elements, which constitute the content of the administrative and legal status of the National Police as a subject of preventive action, is proclaimed.
