Administrative Police in the French Republic

Abstract
This article is devoted to the research of administrative police organization in the system of state authorities of the French Republic, and also to the research of issues concerning the provisions of public order, as the primary objective of administrative police activities. The specificity of the organization of the administrative police in the framework of its basic functions is also examines.
