Abstract
The article is devoted to research of administrative and legal support of the national system for estimating emissions – greenhouse gas. The legislative field regulating the functioning of the system for assessing anthropogenic emissions – greenhouse gas (national level) is analysed, taking into account the main provisions of The Paris Climate Agreement (international level).
