ADÖLESANLARDA ÇAPA ÇOCUK ve ERGENLER İÇİN SOSYAL FOBİ ÖLÇEĞİ’NİN TANI DEĞERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ - DETERMINATION of THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE of ÇAPA SOCIAL PHOBIA SCALE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS in ADOLESCENTS

Abstract
Adölesanlarda, Çapa Çocuk ve Ergenler için Sosyal Fobi Ölçeği’nin kestirim değerinin belirlenmesi ve sosyal fobi ile diğer psikiyatrik bozukluklar arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Öğrencilerde sosyal fobi şüphesini değerlendirmek için, Çapa Çocuk ve Ergenler için Sosyal Fobi Ölçeği kullanıldı. Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Age Children-Present and Lifetime Version-Turkish Version’a göre konulan tanılar “altın standart” olarak belirlendi. Çapa Çocuk ve Ergenler için Sosyal Fobi Ölçeği ile elde edilen puanların optimum kesim noktasının duyarlılığı ve seçiciliği ROC yöntemi ile analiz edildi. Çalışma grubunu oluşturanların 109’u (%58.3) kadın, 78’i (%41.7) ise erkektir. Yaşları 14-18 yıl arasında değişmekte olup, ortalama (SD) 15.86 (0.97) yıl idi. Çapa Çocuk ve Ergenler için Sosyal Fobi Ölçeği’nin, sosyal fobi saptanması için hesaplanan optimum kesim noktası 76 alındığında duyarlılığı %91.7 özgüllüğü %61.3 olarak saptandı. Çalışmada sosyal fobisi olan adölesanlarda kaygı bozuklukları ve nörogelişimsel bozukluklar olmayanlara göre daha yüksek bulundu (p<0.05). Toplum tabanlı yapılan bu çalışma, Çapa Çocuk ve Ergenler için Sosyal Fobi Ölçeği’nin kesim noktasının 76 alınması halinde, sosyal fobide tarama amacıyla kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Adölesan, Tarama testi, Sosyal fobi Abstract The aim of the study is to determine the diagnostic value of Çapa Social Phobia Scale For Children and Adolescents and to evaluate the relationship between social phobia and other psychiatric disorders in adolescents. Çapa Social Phobia Scale For Children and Adolescents, was used for the evaluation of social phobia doubt. According to the Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Age Children-Present and Lifetime Version-Turkish Version the diagnoses were defined as "gold standard". The sensitivity and selectivity of the optimal cut point of scores obtained by Çapa Social Phobia Scale For Children and Adolescents were analyzed by ROC method. Of the study group, 78 (41.7%) were male and 109 (58.3%) were female. The age of the students ranged from 14 to 18 years, with a mean age of (SD) 15.86 (0.97) years. The sensitivity and specificity of the Çapa Social Phobia Scale For Children and Adolescents were 91.7% and 61.3%, respectively, when the optimal cut-off point 76 was calculated for the detection of social phobia. In the study, anxiety disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders were higher in adolescents who have social phobia than who have not (p<0.05). This community-based study shows that when the Çapa Social Phobia Scale For Children and Adolescents was cut-off point is 76, it can be used for social phobia screening.
