Advantages of packaging broiler chicken meat in modified gas atmosphere, and its impact on storage

Abstract
The article presents practical advantages of using oxygen scavengers in the packaging of meat in modified atmosphere, which is a new approach, and may be important for the storage of certain poultry products. Creating a vacuum or gaseous medium modified (SCI) is used to increase the period of storage of products to several months.
