ADVOCATE’S SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES AS PARTICIPANTS IN ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the judicial decisions with the participation of the bodies of advocate self-government, and draws conclusions regarding the relevant decisions on the attribution of the bodies of the advocate self-government to certain legal relations. Administrative-legal relations are dynamic, which allows to study the participation of certain subjects in the relevant relations. Such entities are lawyer’s self-government bodies.
