Ağır Bir Botulizm Olgusunda Elektrofizyolojik Bulgular

Abstract
Botulizm, nadir görülen ama hızlı progresyon gösteren ağır bir nörolojik hastalıktır.Burada biz, evde hazırlanmış domates soslu makarna yedikten sonra bulantı, kusma, ishal ve takiben kraniyal sinir palsi gelişen 44 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunduk. Bulguları hızlıca yukarıdan aşağıya doğru ilerleyen ekstremite kas güçsüzlüğü ve solunum güçlüğü takip etmişti. Hastanın klinik ve ayrıntılı elektrofizyolojik bulguları bize botulizm tanısını düşündürdü. Sadece gerekli medikal ve destek tedavisi verilen hasta yaklaşık 2 ay sonra tamamen iyileşti.
